Nana HQ store build progress — walking paths and exterior

Nana HQ is Almost Ready — Grand Opening Coming Soon! 💕

It's been a whirlwind of sawdust, spray foam, and pure determination around here — and I couldn't be more excited to share the latest updates on the Nana HQ build! 💕

The Shed Is DONE! 🎉

The shed is finally completely built. Lamp posts are up, flower boxes are starting to come together, and cameras are installed. All that's left is installing the insulation, putting the shelves in, and moving the product in — and then it will officially be time for the Grand Opening, which is happening very soon! Stay tuned!

Shelf Building Season 🔨

I've also been busy building shelves for the store — 6 total, each one taking about 2 hours to put together. Yes, you read that right. Two. Hours. Each. But they are going to look absolutely beautiful once everything is set up!

Here's a breakdown of what I built:

  • 2 corner shelves — perfect for tucking into the cozy nooks of the store
  • 1 standard shelf (2 hours to build)

  • 1 more shelf (you guessed it — 2 more hours! 😄)

  • 2 additional shelves — rounding out the display space beautifully

The Finishing Touches Are Coming Together 🏠

I picked up the spray foam for the roof and foam insulation boards for the walls and door — because Nana HQ is going to be comfortable and functional, not just cute! And just to add a little charm? The rugs came in AND a bell for the door. 🛎️ LOL — every great little shop needs a door bell!

What's Next?

We are SO close to the Grand Opening, friends. Once the insulation is in and the shelves are loaded with product, it will be time to celebrate! I'll be sharing more updates here and on social media, so make sure you're following along. This little dream is becoming very real, very fast. 💕

Thank you for every kind word, every share, and every purchase that has made Nana HQ possible. This is for all of you — and I cannot wait to open those doors!

With love from Nana HQ,
Geneva 💕
